CNC (computerized numerical control) machining is a subtractive process in which parts are machined directly from 3D CAD files using various computer controlled tools and cutters. Our trained staffs use 3D files to program in 3P-ED for the CNC machining to remove material from a stock work piece. The machined part is then finished and painted according to the project requirements. Material: Plastic (ABS, PP, PC, PC/ABS, POM, PMMA, PA, PA GF, PBT, PBT GF, PPS, PTFE…), Metal (Aluminum, Steel, Brass, Zinc, Magnesium, Titanium, Inconel…). We can work on the most of the plastic & metal material available in the market. If you request special material, you can get a confirmation from us by email.
Advantage: Real materials with different surface finish available (Normal technical polishing, High polishing, Painting, Anodized, Chromed, Powder coat, PVD coating…) Suitable for functional testing.
Disadvantage: Too much material is wasted in this manufacturing process.
